This website is operated by Rapid Padel Ltd, company number 17300914, registered in England and Wales. Our proposed venue is Unit 27, Portishead Business Park, Old Mill Road, Portishead, BS20 7BX. Contact hello@rapidpadel.co.uk.
The site is currently being used before launch. Opening dates, programmes, membership benefits and other operational details may remain provisional until expressly confirmed.
Permitted use
You may use this website for personal and lawful purposes, including learning about Rapid Padel, joining the launch list and following links to our booking platform. You must not attempt unauthorised access, probe or interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, overload the service, scrape it at a disruptive scale, impersonate another person or use our content in a misleading or unlawful way.
Content, concept visuals and availability
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate, but pre-launch content can change. Concept renders are illustrative and do not promise an exact finished interior. Opening dates, programmes, availability, prices and membership benefits are not contractual unless they are confirmed as part of a purchase or booking.
We do not promise that the website will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device. We may suspend, change or withdraw parts of it for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
Padel Mates App and booking links
Rapid uses the Padel Mates App for court bookings, open matches, payments and planned automated access. When you follow a Padel Mates link or use its app, Padel Mates’ own user terms and privacy information also apply. Rapid remains responsible for the services that Rapid sells to you, subject to the booking and membership terms.
Google Maps and other external services
The Find Us section embeds Google Maps and the site may link to other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may receive technical information when you use or load their content. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. A link or embed does not mean Rapid controls or guarantees a third-party service.
Intellectual property
The Rapid Padel name, logos, visual identity, website layout, copy, graphics and imagery are owned by or licensed to Rapid Padel Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may view the site and share ordinary links to it. You must not reproduce, adapt, sell, publish or commercially exploit our protected content without permission, except where the law permits.
Security and external links
You are responsible for using appropriate device and browser security when accessing the site. We take reasonable steps to protect our own systems but cannot guarantee that internet transmission or third-party links are completely secure. You should satisfy yourself that an external site or app is genuine before entering account or payment information.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these website terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
